Third-Party Platforms
Many solutions rely on external platforms such as CRMs, automation providers, hosting services, payment processors, and communication tools.
BOSeer is not responsible for outages, limitations, policy changes, pricing changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.
However, we work to recommend reliable platforms and reduce operational dependency risks where possible.
Performance and Results
We design systems for performance, efficiency, and measurable growth.
However, business outcomes may also depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, internal team execution, sales processes, advertising quality, and client decision-making.

Liability
BOSeer is not liable for indirect losses, third-party failures, business interruptions, or damages resulting from misuse of delivered systems, platform provider issues, or delayed client-side execution.
Our liability is limited to the scope defined within the agreed service contract.
